Terms and conditions of booking and site rules

1 New arrivals should park in lay-by and report to the reception/shop for the Warden before occupying a pitch.

2 No new arrivals before 9.am.under any circumstances and the latest arrival is before 9pm.

3 Pitch occupation before NOON is not possible at peak times.  ALL PITCHES MUST BE VACATED BEFORE  NOON ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.

4 Pitches are subject to availability.  Six working days will be allowed between enquiry and the return of the booking form with appropriate deposit.  We are unable to guarantee a specific pitch, but will make every effort to fulfill reasonable requests.

5 BOOKINGS BY  ANY  YOUNG GROUPS WITHOUT A RESPONSIBLE ADULT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  

6 All visitors and guests are expected to observe the rules of “BRAKES COPPICE PARK”.

7 Visitors and guests are allowed, by prior arrangement with a Warden. Entry and exit between the hours of 9am and 10pm only. A charge is payable, (see tariff). Day visitors must leave the site by 10pm.

8 Any persons found vandalising “BRAKES COPPICE  PARK” property will be prosecuted, on every occasion.

9 Children must be supervised at all times by a suitable adult, and at no time left on the site unaccompanied.  We consider the adult accompanying them to be responsible for the child's actions and thus liable for any damage caused by them. In and around the toilet block is not a children's play area.

10  Water  pistols, the use, or filling of them is not allowed  in or around the toilet block at any time. FOR THE COMFORT OF ALL SITE USERS WE DO NOT ALLOW FOOT BALLS  OR THE KICKING OF ANY TYPE OF BALL.

11 The use of any type of FIREARM, CATAPULT, ARCHERY EQUIPMENT OR FIREWORKS within the fenced boundaries of “BRAKES COPPICE PARK“ is not allowed.

12 No playing of loud music, if the people camped next to you can hear it, it is too loud and must be turned down.

13 The use of TWO WAY/WALKIE TALKIE or C.B. Radios within the camping areas is not allowed.

14 Boating or swimming is not allowed in the fishing lake.

15 Children must be supervised by the lakeside at all times, playing or cycle riding there is strictly prohibited.

16 There is a 5 m.p.h. speed limit on the site at all times, this includes cycle riding.

17 No open fires at any time, this includes Non Proprietary Barbecues   FIRE DAMAGE TO THE GRASS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, INCLUDING DAMAGE BY BARBECUES.

18 No fires in the woods or collecting of wood for fires.

19 Damage to fences or digging on pitches is not allowed. “BRAKES COPPICE  PARK” is surrounded by farmland not only do we not tolerate damage to this property we will not tolerate it occurring on our neighbours' property.

20 All ash and hot embers from  proprietary barbecues must be placed in galvanised dustbins provided.

21 Please place all spent gas canisters in the dustbins by the shop for their safe disposal.

22 DOGS MUST BE ON A LEAD OR TETHERED AT ALL TIMES.  They should not be left unattended on the site, any doggie “accidents” to be removed by the owner immediately.

23 The washing of vehicles, boats, caravans, trailers & jet skis is not allowed.

24 The water supplied is for site use only. The filling of tanks in motor homes is prohibited unless permission is sought and the appropriate charge paid.

25 No quad bikes or similar.

26 No generators at any time.

27 ALL PERSONS ARE REQUESTED TO BE QUIET AFTER 11.PM.

 

OUR SECURITY BARRIER IS IN PLACE BETWEEN 11 PM. & 7 AM.  VEHICLE ENTRY OR EXIT TO THE SITE BETWEEN THESE HOURS IS  NOT ALLOWED.  PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT RECEPTION FOR  LATE ARRIVALS AND EARLY DEPARTURES.

WE DO NOT ALLOW COMMERCIAL VEHICLES OR LIGHT GOODS VANS ON SITE, THIS INCLUDES BOTH CAMPERS AND VISITORS.

 

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PROCESSING IS SUBJECT TO £10 MINIMUM PER TRANSACTION. IN PERSON PAYMENTS MUST BE VERIFIED BY PIN ENTRY.

THE PROPRIETORS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ANY CAMPER/VISITOR NOT ADHERING TO THESE RULES OR USING WHAT WE CONSIDER TO BE ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WHETHER PROVEN OR  NOT TO LEAVE THE SITE.
